We want you to be absolutely happy with any purchase you make. We agree that high-quality goods and exceptional customer support are essential in building a bridge between customers and ground-level artisans and craftsmen.

Our packages are thoroughly tested before leaving our warehouse, so if you are unhappy with your order or gift for any of the reasons mentioned below, you have 24  hours to refund or exchange it.

If your goods arrives broken, please contact us with a snapshot of the defective item within 48 hours of receiving it.

Only the following circumstances will result in a full refund:

  1. Genuine quality issues – in your first email to us, please describe the quality issues in depth.
  2. Packages that are misplaced in the mail.
  3. If the product was completely lost whilst in transit, evidence of photography or videography is needed before filing a lawsuit.

Refunds are only possible under the above-mentioned circumstances if a refund request is made within 24 hours of the product’s arrival.

Before returning a product, please keep in mind that each item is handcrafted and special in its own way; an odd weave, print, or stitch is not considered a defect. When it comes to uniformity, handloom is synonymous with glorious chaos.

If a similar version is available, we will gladly repair any missing or wrong products, or provide you with a complete refund, including any distribution costs incurred in delivering the product to you.

Some items that are absent from your order will be delivered as soon as possible and at no extra cost to you.

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. In the event of slight style and paint differences. Since all of our goods are handcrafted, there will still be a difference in the products seen on our website.
  2. In the event of small dimension shifts. Since the dimensions of the product can differ slightly from those stated in the product summary, we cannot guarantee that they would be identical.
  3. Where there is a small difference between the product image and the actual product. Since the majority of the commercial photography was taken by the photographer, the light impact image may appear slightly different from the original.
  4. The customer’s shipping address is incorrect or obsolete.
  5. Incorrect address type, such as a PO Box address of some shape
  6. The courier struggled three times to deliver the package.
  7. If the receiver refuses to accept the kit.
  8. If the goods are used or defective before they are retrieved. And also if the attached blouse piece cut from the saree.

Replacement of the Product:

We still respect our customers’ willingness to exchange a commodity that has been shipped. In any case, forward and return shipping charges will apply, and the buyer will be required to pay further shipping charges before the goods can be exchanged.

If www.ethnicpip.com customer support is not notified by email or other means within 48 hours of delivery of the product to your address about the customer’s desire for a refund/replacement, no refunds will be issued.

Please make sure the merchandise is unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition until returning it.

We ask that you keep the original packaging of the returned products, including the Santiniketan Craft Wing stickers.

To avoid failure or injury during transit, please ensure that all returned products are packed properly and safely.

Your refund request will be approved until the item(s) have been sent. We will grant a credit to your card used for the initial purchase for the expense of the item, plus taxes and shipping costs if any, until we receive your refund/return.

When it comes to refunds, banks usually take 7-10 business days to process them after we initiate them.

For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / PayPal Transactions:
Upon receipt of your rebate / return, we will credit your card for the expense of the item, plus taxes and shipping costs if any, to the card used for the initial purchase. We will issue a refund on the original mode of payment since the fee on your credit card / PayPal account was made electronically at the time you made the order and approved the payment.

If applicable, refunds will be made to the credit / debit card used by the internet sale for the expense of the products (including taxes and shipping costs on the initial purchase).

Note: Except in the case of a product lost in transit, refunds will be issued only after we have obtained the returned shipment.
