All orders within India are sent for free above 5000 rupees below that a minimum shipping charge will be applicable.

Orders sent within India would be subject to GST if the product(s) are GST-eligible. GST is used in all of our rates. However, the cost of the purchase, as well as any related IGST, SGST, or CGST, and delivery costs, will be displayed separately on the invoice for invoicing purposes.
The arrival time at www.santiniketancraftwing.com is largely determined by two factors: item availability and shipping service. Just one address can be used to ship orders. You must put a different order for each address if you want to ship to several addresses. All pieces available for purchase on the website are in stock unless otherwise stated. Shipping times can differ due to the particular nature of each craftsman’s and artisan’s method. Individual delivery times can be found on the product page under shipping statistics.
Some products have a unique shipping schedule that could be different from other items.
If your product has a specific arrival timeframe, you will be alerted during the checkout process of your order. However, if we decide that we will not be able to fulfil an order within the promised timeline due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control, we will promptly notify you by email with a new delivery date.
Since we source our goods from artisans, NGOs, and Master Craftsmen all over India, delivery times for certain items can differ greatly. We will, however, make every effort to deliver our goods to you as quickly as possible!
Our shipping partners provide goods Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. IST, except Indian public holidays and Sundays. Strikes or transport delays caused by poor weather by our shipping partners, or delays caused by destination customs clearance procedures, all of which are beyond our control, will affect delivery time.
You can get Shipping Tracking Information as soon as your order arrives, which you will use to monitor your shipment.

If applicable, customs duty and taxes levied by the customs authority must be borne by the customer in accordance with local regulations and must be paid by the customer at the time of sale. We are not liable for any disruptions incurred by customs clearance procedures at the destination.
If you do not receive an item sent to you because you provided an inadequate or inaccurate shipping address or because you are not available at the address provided, the transaction will be cancelled, and the item will be returned to the seller, and the Company and the seller will be entitled to reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, and other related costs. Invalid or inaccurate address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors are examples of such errors.
Before your order is sent, we will be able to consider order changes or termination requests at any time. Unfortunately, after an order has left our warehouse for distribution, we are unable to cancel it. If you cancel an order when the package is on its way to you, or if you refuse a delivery, Santiniketan Craft Wing retains the right to recover fair fees for services rendered and expenses incurred for packaging, storage, couriering, sorting your order, and all other services provided to you; the outstanding number, after such deductions, will be returned to you.
If any of our goods are shipped defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the damaged items, as per the terms and conditions set out in our return and refund policy.
